Pioneering Volunteer Makers National Showcase

Volunteer Makers is a new approach for engaging, managing and inspiring volunteers.  Working collaboratively with our Volunteer Makers Pioneers, including Museums, Local Councils and Libraries, we have created a model, technology platform and training tools that enables a value exchange between communities of volunteers and organisations.  Volunteer Makers can measure the impact of your volunteer and community engagement, widening participation, creating diversity.

Our national showcase is a chance for organisations to further participate in our Volunteer Makers programme, share the learning and understand the benefits of Blended and Micro-Volunteering and how this affects the workforce now and into the future.

We had such a great time at the 2017 Conference in Manchester, meeting people who were keen to find out more about what Volunteer Makers can do for them.  If you are interested in following up with us, take a look here.  Details for our 2018  Pioneers showcase will be published on this site and our main Volunteer Makers site in 2018.

2017 Speaker Profiles (2018 to be announced)

Our Volunteer Makers national conference heard from the organisations who are pioneering Volunteering Makers and the steps they have taken to create an organisational-wide engagement culture and implement new thinking in volunteer engagement.  Take a look at our Blog page to find out more about their approaches.
